1st time using this in Torquay. Tried 1 in town centre, they weren't available. Guess what taxi firm I'll be using whilst on holiday.....
The drivers and office staff are fantastic and deserve 5 stars...the app to book however leaves a lot to be desired and only really deserves less than 3....it often doesn't work or lets you think you have pre booked then when you check later your booking has disappeared....shows drivers as being busy even when you are pre booking for another day
